Bunting Bonkers - A Cross Roads Knitting Challenge

Thank you to everyone for my amazing last day on Tuesday. I was overwhelmed at the cards and gifts but mostly at the amount of good wishes and effort everyone made to say goodbye and good luck. The Post Office is now officially closed. It has been a privilege to be Subpostmistress for the last 20 years and I will always remember how many amazing and lovely people I've known (past and present). Any mornings that I struggled to get up were always quickly forgotten once the familiar faces started coming through the door. Not forgetting the wonderful staff that I've had the joy of working with. Tea, chats, moans, tears, laughs (We've had them all). Thank you again. It's been a blast. Xxx

Just tied up my last newspapers after 22 years and the end of an era this weekend with both Pete and Kim finishing working for us. Thank you to everyone who came to wish them well. Its been a weekend of tears but also new beginnings. We couldnt have asked for more loyal, hardworking and supportive staff who are now are friends. 💗💗💗

FOUND DOG. Today we found a lovely little dog wondering around Cross Roads area. If you, or know Anybody who has, lost a dog please message or pop into Cross Roads Post Office for more details. The dog is currently with a local foster until we figure out where it came from.
