This is the Facebook page of the Leeds Doctoral College. The Doctoral College exists to promote, support and enhance the postgraduate research experience at the University of Leeds and to provide a hub for our PGR community. We are based on Level 12 of the Marjorie and Arnold Ziff Building.

At last night's Research Nights event our audience learned about blobs under the Earth's crust, the formation of massive stars, and even got to participate in a World Café simulation!

Looking for a fun activity to fit alongside your research? The Writing Back project are recruiting interns to assist with their award-winning letter writing project. The scheme matches undergraduate and international postgraduate students as pen pals with older, Yorkshire-based residents. It fosters friendships between different age groups and encourages cultural exchanges between participants. The job description and application form can be found at the link below.
