Had a lovely meal today with my mum and some nice coffees to warm us up. Was served by a lovely upbeat chap whom I think was called Rikki. His service was greatly attentive as he was rushing around serving at the bar alone. No apologies were needed as you had two happy customers �

Great atmosphere, loved the game on Tuesday night with great service too Can't wait for a return visit.

Best pub to watch the match! Even they reserved a table for us as we are all deaf and need 2 hands to use sign language so that where we place out drink on the table. The staff are friendly and brilliant. IT COMING HOME GUYS!!

Fabulous fun convenient pub for watching sport , drinking beer ( ale is limited ) and having food ( as long as its before 9 pm ! ) I must say , with a full house on Friday night I was a bit surprised by that . However , Fat Toni's is just around the corner and the pizzas they do were delicious ( lol)

Went to Gloucester to watch (England v Wales Rugby.We got a table in the Abbey, great pub great atmosphere .Gloucester RFC playing at home pub very busy !!! Get more staff !! Get more staff horrendous queues at the bar maximise your revenue . Employ glass collectors more servers the staff were stressed out the managers & staff all worked very hard,you don’t get the best out of your colleagues by working them like donkeys

Went to watch the England V Sweden game yesterday. Not enough bar staff as always! The toilets were an absolute disgrace!! Bodily fluids everywhere. Felt sorry for a fella in the toilets wearing flip flops walking in that filth!!

Went out for my birthday meal, was very very disappointed very small meals on large plates, waited 37 minutes for puddings my wife even went to Sainsbury's to get a load of bread while we waited for our pudding to arrive, girls went to toilet No toilet paper in toilets ( good job the wife keeps some in her handbag just in case) all toilet seats were broken, if this was a Heineken franchise pub I'd be very disappointed as being a Heineken employee

Went in for lunch today with my boyfriend, ordered the chicken tikka Marsala and a mega mixed grill. When food got to the table we were missing a portion of onion rings and a portion of chips!! My boyfriend went up to the bar to tell a member of staff who said she’d see to it, but didn’t actually see her do anything about it. He then started to eat and everything tasted like rubber... literally could have bounced the meat off the floor!! My meal was horrible. Chicken was cold and rice was like one of those microwave packs. I went up to complain and the staff member said “what do you want me to do about it” so we asked for a refund and left immediately. Never again.

Went here for food on Saturday with my mum, we both ordered chicken tikka masala, when it came to our table I had a bite of the chicken only to find out it was cold, as was my mums, we sent it back to get two more come out with the same problem, we decided just to leave and we won't be going back again
