The next session of our study of Matthew's gospel is today in the Parish Room. Today we will be looking at chapters 3-4. Don't worry if you missed the first session. All welcome.

If you picked up one of the 33 Days to Morning Glory booklets at Mass, tomorrow (the 21st) is the day to start it so that you end on the Feast of the Annunciation (a few days before the re-dedication of England to Mary). Still not sure?...Maybe watch this video..

Come to the church today at 4pm if you would like to learn more about the 33 days preparation for Consecration to Jesus through Mary using the booklets that were distributed at Mass. The preparation is recommended by the Bishops in the run up to the re-dedication of England to Mary. It involves just reading one page a day to give you something to think about during the day. (there are still some booklets at the back of church)

And if you would like to take up the practice of saying the Angelus daily there are several apps you can download to your phone that guide you through the prayer and also allow you to set an alarm (for example to say it at the traditional times of 6am/noon/6pm - or just one of them). https://www.behold2020.com/

This Saturday begins the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. There will be a joint service in our church Sunday the 19th at 6pm.
