I just finished eating here. I took my dad and mum for Fathers day. The food was really nice, the waiters were really sound and the price was excellent. we are all real full, and agreed we would be coming back again. my mum really loved the look of the place and all the visuals - modern plates and whatnot. would highly recommend. Cheers!

Fabulous first night..so nice to try a posh new restaurant, and staff very attentive.food excellent. We had c/t madras and fragrant pilau rice with bombay aloo and chapattis.all served on trendy square white plates and dishes. The decor was bright and has many lights in pinks and blues and big screens of colour changing bubbles. The red and white modern leather chairs are very comfy and tables are dressed in classy white linen.

Excellent Sunday Buffet, great value (£9.95) for starter, main, side, rice and poppadum (chosen from menu)! Some different choices to the norm, and very tasty! Good luck in the new venture.

Could not fault the service. Food was fresh out the kitchen and tasted divine. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. Overall a really fab restaurant that we would strongly recommend to friends!

Cinnamon Lounge, Trowbridge is far and away the best Indian restaurant I have ever patronised. The decor is absolutely excellent and so is the service - second to none. As for the food, well I can hardly praise it too highly. It is absolutely very top quality, the flavours are so suitle and both the meat and the fish just melt in one's mouth. I have NEVER tasted any salmon so good. I eat at this restaurant several times a week and most thoroughly recommend it.

Beautiful food and brilliant service, although we booked via website i think the reservation didn't get through to them although they did accommodate us after a short wait. Only thing I would say is we felt a bit rushed! As soon as finished, our plates were promptly taken away. We will be back though x

Absolutely perfect night, good food, well prepared and superbly presented. The food cannot be faulted and the service was fast, efficient and so friendly. I have been thinking of going to the Cinnamon Lounge in Trowbridge for ages, I just wish I had tried it sooner as I will certainly be going back after tonight's great meal.

It started off good with drinks being bought out and popadums to eat but after 2hrs and many more drinks later our food was still not ready.. We booked in advance and they knew they we're getting a table for 15 and they didn't deliver.. Just as we were leaving the food came out but by then we all had enough so we paid for our drinks and walked out..

Not good !!

We normally love the food and service.

Today we ordered on your own website went to collect. My partner was asked how he ordered because you couldn't find it. What we were hastily given was chicken in masala sauce but certainly not chicken tikka masala. Add to that stale pompadons and a cracked mint sauce tub really set the mood of the meal. Thoroughly disappointing meal.

Quite disappointed as its usually pretty good.

Very quick on plying u with over priced drinks, not so good at getting the food out. Party of 12, waited 2hours for food! Lost a lot of money from us after we all decided it was far to long to wait! Very rude manager, won't be back

To be honest i have had far better value Indian Meals of much better quality. sag aloo was very very oily and not particularly hot. our main dishes came out whilst there was a wait for rice. the main dishes were, to be honest luke warm at best and when this was brought to the attention of the waiter he frankly looked disgusted that i would suggest such an issue and upon asking for mine to be returned to the kitchen as it wasn't hot enough it was returned to me shortly later having clearly been put in the microwave and heated. unfortunately the dish that was a sauceless dish was then rubbery and spoilt. Sadly for me this ruined a rare meal out and i will not return to cinnamon lounge at any of their locations in the future.

Really unhappy with service, repeatedly had to ask for drinks and where our food was, unfortunately the food took over 45mins to arrive. But what made it worse was then the manager complained that we had overstayed after we paid the bill although if had we left at time they wanted us to (a party of 12 ) we would of only had 15mins to eat our food. Left very upset with how we were treated especially as our bill was pretty large. Only positive was the food which was lovely. Hence the 2 stars.

Food was cold under cooked, when ringing to deal with the matter the owner was rude an arrogant! Pictures an complain to good hygiene standards have been sent first thing this morning an hopefully this place get a wake up call on how to run a restaurant/ takeaway. Food an customer service in this place is appalling.

DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR MONEY!

Mohammed Hussain the owner and head chef ordered a Wireless headset from me on eBay total with postage £15.50 on 6th February 2017 to his restaurants address.

On 20th Feb he claimed he had not received item and threatened to report me to Ebay if I did not refund.

I refunded him on 23rd February 2017.

Later that day he told me he received item and thanked me for it.

He also asks that day if I have anymore headsets as he would like another.

I asked him to repay and sent a payment request through Pay Pal on 26th February.

I have called his mobile number and I have called restaurant. They always say he's not there.

He lied to me that he would pay up whilst I was on a hospital bed after suffering a stroke and still has not paid weeks later. So he is a liar as well.He has not paid his debt to a disabled man of which I think is disgusting!

As a Sunday evening treat we ordered via Hungry House. The delivery time was really good but the quality of the food was poor and cold. I ordered Chicken Tikka and it was more like boiled chicken with raw uncooked spices - it was swimming in water - thought Tandoori was chargrilled clay oven cooked and not a saucepan. My partner had a chicken Dhansak and although the sauce was good, the quality of the chicken was horrid - she made a reference to cat meat - certainly tasted cheap and watery (boiled first maybe). On a whole very dissapointed and will think twice about ordering from there again. If i had been in the restaurant i would have simply sent the food back. £23 wasted.
