We build custom skateboards & Longboards. Each deck is completely formed by hand from designing and laminating the birch ply deck, to shaping, contouring & finishing.
Because of this process, every deck is an original one off.
To complete this individuality each deck has an “Old British Penny" inlaid into it, so you know your deck is different to any other deck out there.
Having grown up on skateboards in the early 70's some of our decks hark back to those halcyon days of bowl riders and street cruisers. We do not produce the more modern style of mass produced decks as we just can't compete.

To date we have been busy producing decks to order for a number of clients but we will soon be offering "stock" decks for sale through this page.
At present there are three styles of deck available;

INLAYED DECK. A birch ply deck laminated up to 12mm thickness with top quality hardwood veneers inlayed to the top face to give individual, beautifully styled designs, whilst still giving maximum flex & response. We have standard designs but are happy to work with clients for one off designs & logos

STRIP DECK. A birch ply base deck, with a 5mm top layer, individually strip laminated with various hardwoods, then bonded onto the birch base. This gives the deck a beautiful look, but rather than the usual “solid feel” of a plank style of board, this method still gives you all the flex, feel & control of a fully responsive & ergonomic deck.

SOLID DECK. (coming soon) Solid decks are exactly what they say on the tin. Selected hardwoods are prepared and laminated together in various designs to produce a sturdy solid hardwood deck. In some ways, although the most basic looking of boards these can be the most beautiful due to their pure old school simplicity.

We use birch ply as it's as strong as any other ply out there, but void free, therefore reducing the risk of weak spots. Its rides every bit as well as any maple deck.

We do not use any stains or pigments. Our decks only show the natural beauty and colour of each timber used.

All our solid hardwoods & veneers are hand picked and include.
Ash, Oak, Maple, Beech, Birch, Cherry, Poplar, Red Wood, Mahogany, Sapele, Iroko, Walnut, Zebrano, Purple Heart, Sweet Gum.
Designs may vary depending in timber and veneers available at the time of manufacture.
