Wow! Thank you for your professionalism tonight. Your driver Lee was excellent and took extra care driving us to Bristol. It was a few hours earlier than planned due to the snow, but we appreciated your phone call advising us of the situation, and above all for still taking us up to Bristol.

What a horrible few days it has been with a family emergency requiring a short-notice trip abroad. The shining light throughout this incredibly stressful period has been Steve and the team at Airport Transfers Torbay. Steve was very professional and helpful with our original booking to get my 80-year old mother-in-law to Heathrow, but he was absolutely outstanding when we called this morning and said we need to bring the trip forward to today. He gave up his Saturday to find a driver at very short notice and went way beyond the call of duty to coordinate with the driver and family members in London to ensure my mother-in-law was met at Heathrow. Great Team, Great Service; Airport Transfers Torbay is highly recommended.

We used these guys last week for 7 people including children they were excellent on time , friendly, nice driver and also at a fantastic price I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone thanks team

We have always driven ourselves too and from the airport but this time decided on using this taxi service.

It was so easy, they were on time for a 03.45 pick up. Really nice driver. Perfect journey being able to use our own child seat for our grandson. Again on returning the driver was waiting for us. The service completely took away the hassle and stress of driving yourself. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be using them again. �

We had an outstanding experience with the company who picked us up from Bristol Airport and took us to Brixham. Steve was extremely patient as we had to change our dates and pickup times twice and Neil was a great driver and terrific company on the way back. 10/10!

We had 6 adults to Exeter airport last week and returned today, our flight back was delayed but everything worked perfectly well. Excellent vehicle and driver....will definitely use them again. :0)

The driver was very friendly,very punctual and really helpful. We have never used a airport transfer before and so didn't know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised we will certainly use them again.

My youngest daughter got married on 26th May and initially 50+ guests requested transport from Churston Church to the Reception venue at Lupton House. Because Steve has always provided us with an excellent service to and from Exeter airport, I had no hesitation in asking him to provide the transport. In time, the numbers rose to 80+ but Steve was unflappable and on the day, all guests were safely transported from church to venue. All drivers were polite, upbeat and vehicles immaculate. Many thanks Steve!

Both drivers were first class and complimented a first class service which comes highly recommended.

I have been using Airport Transfers Torbay for about 4 years, 2 or 3 times a year for our holiday flights from Exeter Airport. Always on time for picking us up both from home and again pick up on our return. Very reliable, good quality cars, friendly staff and competitively priced. It does really get any better!

Excellent Service travelling to Exeter Airport recently, driver on time and very pleasant, thank you will definitely use again. Cost of transfer cost less than parking at the airport.

Booked last minute for a transfer to Exeter Airport as it was actually cheaper than parking on-site. Steve arrived a good 10 minutes early giving us a great peace of mind, he was extremely helpful with the cases and even offered to take them into the airport for us but we let home get on his way. Thanks Steve will have no problems recommending your services in the future....

Initially I thought the cost was expensive, compared to driving myself, but there were 6 adults (+ suitcases) which would have required x2 cars plus fuel plus parking and the hassle factor. Costs was approx. £30 p/h, inc. empty journeys, so quiet reasonable really...and I would use them again. Thanks Steve, and Chris and Neil, and apologies I missed the memo that said to call when leaving the baggage collection point :/

Whist the journey to Bristol Airport with Steve was excellent, the return journey with Dave wasn't quite so relaxed. Whether it was something to do with it being 1.30 the morning or the fact that it was raining but we seemed to always be a little too close to the car in front and going a bit too fast. Admittedly the roads were reasonably quiet. On the plus side, Dave did stop so l could buy milk which was very much appreciated.
