4Elementz CIC is a Community Company working with disadvantaged young people, helping them build a career in music and media. We are a online community and have a base in Camborne and Redruth in Cornwall.
We use hiphop culture to engage and inspire young adults. We work with those at risk of offending who are disadvantaged by living in poor areas with limited means to promote their own music.
Our local project offers free music recording and production, music videos and a photography service for hiphop and UK Grime artists. We also run rap theropy workshops in schools and other community groups.
We have a online course and cyber community helping young people develop their careers.

BIG NEWS we are looking for young people to write, produce and act in a short film with music. If you would like to join our waiting list or join any of our music and media workshop we now run PM us!
We work with young people disadvantaged by poverty, at risk of offending and who are not in school or college etc. No experience needed this is a great opportunity to do some exciting work experience for you CV and portfolios.
