We aim to quickly and efficiently repair your broken Apple tech, all the while ensuring a hassle- and stress free experience for you. We’re based in Swansea, but we repair devices for people all over the UK (and even Europe, Asia and Australia).
If you break your precious device, we know how much hard work it is to get it fixed locally.
The business was set up as our founder and CEO Jonathon Forshaw had the same problems as you. All he wanted was a fast and cost effective way of repairing his iPhone 5. But being continuously lied to and kept waiting, Jonathon soon realised there was a great gap in the market for fast, great prices and great quality repairs, all of which is backed by our No Quibble 12 month warranty and fully insured.
We understand that you may be a little anxious about sending your device for repair to a company found on the internet. Many of our customers send us their devices by mail and never get to meet us in person. That’s why we make an extra effort to keep you informed and updated throughout the whole process; from letting you know when we receive your idevice right through to when you can expect it back. Communication is key thats why you will receive text messages /emails explaining at what stage we are with your de ice repair. If thats not enough you have a 24 /7 phone number to call us any time to find out if your still unsure what stage we are with your idevice.
