Love this wee park and play areas are very good for the children. Glad more swings etc have been added. I always enjoy the walk round the pond and the grounds are well maintained. Would highly recommend a visit.

Nice place to go with the kids and relax, cool little park for the toddlers and just long enough to walk round. Excellent

This is a lovely park, or at least it should be. A lovely loch and a good path all round to do some exercise. What spoils it for me was the number of memorials to the dearly departed, while I'm not adverse to people remembering their loved ones they have totally gone over the top in this park. Almost every bench, and there are now a very great number has either got flowers or some sort of memento attached. The trees are bedecked with ribbons and sad little messages, teddy bears soft toys and colourful little windmills adorn the edges of the paths. All in all a rather gloomy and somewhat depressing air hangs around this place. I wrote to the authority who runs the park and received no reply from them about rather gloomy state of the place, so I've left this review for anyone who cares to read it. Such a shame this lovely loch which is much needed and should be enjoyed by so many is given over to the memory of those who can no longer see it.

Love this park. Lively walks. Feeding the birds. Play parks and a fantastic cafe

User

Nice cafe there where you can go and relax after you've been for a walk round the loch a couple of times? Or on a really nice day have a picnic or a BBQ? OR for the really active you could use the water sports section?

User

Great for a stroll, on a nice sunny day or just sit by the Loch and relax watching the swans and ducks

User

Really nice place but really disappointed at the amount of duck poo at a few parts round the loch it's really bad

Stopped off for a quick coffee in the cafe - nice views over the water and must be lovely in the summer with some sunshine.
