Special place for food experience with friends and family!

Really good time and very entertaining. Great portions and good service. Bit pricey but well worth it. Would definitely recommend to all.

Lovely food, reasonable price, staff very attentive and trained in people skills as well as waiting tables. Really enjoyed our night especially the crazy chef who not only cooked great food but entertained the diners as well!! Jeanette Weston

I really great experience for adults even children the food was 5***** & staff who cooked were so professional you eat as it’s cooked that’s their tradition which makes the night entertaining we all really enjoyed it 😁

Great night at the Teppanyaki last night. Brilliant atmosphere and food. Had the Samurai menu as Neil Pecket hadn't been before and wanted to try a wide selection of dishes. I know that I shouldn't fill up on the saute potatoes but they're so good!!!

Attended the family funday and it was superb. Kids were kept entertained (along with us big kids) and, being aimed at family's, was relaxed even with excited children. Also at a great price, everyone was well fed and it let little ones try something new, in particular the sushi tasting (which they loved). Thanks Sapporo Teppanyaki.

Really niche way to eat - lovely food, my only moan is that it is quite expensive and the portions are massive!!! Consider sharing dishes - but great atmosphere and definitely a great night for larger groups of people! Will recommend and revisit again! �

Everything was brilliant until I saw my dessert. Me and my colleagues ordered cheese cake. And everyone got a cheese cake with two big pieces of Oreo cookies on the top except mine. I was okay with that since I am not a big fan of Oreo cookies anyway until the waitress said :’ you know what? My mom told me life is not fair sometimes’. It sounds right in so many situations but not in a restaurant. The waitress’s attitude pissed me off a bit.

One of the waiters just took the wrong order. I don’t know if he misunderstood or not but.When the sushi came we told him that it wasn’t the right one and my friend is allergic to the dish that we got. He insisted not to changed the dish for us and said it wasn’t his fault.We had to eat the dish we didn’t like snd there was no responsibility for that. Seriously, I used to love the food and the chefs here but I really can’t stand for this. Moreover, they just kept me waiting for the food for almost an hour.

Been twice before with family members really enjoyed it very clean food was excellent the chef was hilarious but this time the chef wasn’t as enthusiastic the service from the staff taking drinks orders was terrible.

It wouldn’t put me off going again as the atmosphere and the food is still excellent.

Went for my grandads birthday and was so disappointed that they did not even wish him happy birthday after we asked twice. Service terrible waited half and hour to get a drink. Rice tasteless and potatoes raw and when we asked could the be cooked a little bit extra was told that’s the way they come my grandad spend £500 will not come again!��

Waited 60 minutes to be seated and with three three children under 11 so it wasn’t a good start. (I did complain about our time waiting 50 minutes in and was told we would be seated in 10 minutes). To put it in context the potatoes weren’t served til 90 minutes after our original booking.



The starters were less than average, soup tasteless, and we didn’t have time for eat dessert due to then having to rush back up to Piccadilly for the 11.23 train.



The main meal had FAR too much oil added and the amount of salt added alongside the Soy sauce was insane and made our food inedible.



Very disappointing, I did tell them as we left. You pay a fortune to eat here. Over priced and over rated I’m afraid. It’s thumbs down from us as a party of 8.

Visited here with my family, was very dissatisfied with the service as waited half an hour for a drink. Also was rushed off the table whilst we was eating our desserts and they didn’t even bother to wish my grandad happy birthday even after informing them a few times. Will not visit here again.

This is the last time I will visit this place . Dads special birthday and did not have time to wish him happy birthday even though we re booked . Service awful rushed off table . Definitely prefer the Teppanyaki restaurant so disappointed £500 down the drain �

Service is a joke. Booked a table for 7:30 and was finally seated at 8:30. Then we ordered starters which didn’t arrive �� Organisation and overall service is beyond poor.
