ANY booking starting before June 1st is £250 per person for the first month. You pay £100 each when you book and the last £150 by April 1st. ANY booking starting after June 1st is £265 per person for the first month. You pay £100 each when you book and the last £165 by April 1st ANY booking starting July 1st or after is £275 per person for the first month. You pay £100 when you book and the last £175 by April 1st. ** Aircon is optional and is 50€ per person per week ** ** Transfer from airport to accommodation is £10 per person and can be booked when you book apartment **

Q : How much is the going rate on a room in Malia ? A : 200 per person per month Q : Are there rooms for one ? A : No, rooms are based on minimum two sharing, so if you are going alone we can sort you a roomate. Q : Do all rooms have aircon and wifi ?... A : No - some do and some dont, usually the ones that do sell out before the ones that dont - but remmber that where there is Aircon you WILL have to pay extra to use it. Q : Is there a deposit ? A : No, all you pay is the first months rent, some rooms may ask for some kind of surety against damage. We really want people that will lokk after their rooms and make friends with the owners.

QUEENS = Everyone that stays here loves it - simple as that !!!! Wifi, kitchens, just off strip - this is nice little blcok with ten rooms, great atmosphere. These rooms are opposite pitstop pizza and above Queens cafe, great security record ! 07964451119 / 0161 2070181 for info or to book.

VILLA OASIS = This block in the old town is a really really high standard, large spacious studios and apartments with AIRCON and WIFI. The walk to the strip is very manageable, 7/8 minutes. 0161 2070181 / 07964451119 for info or to book.

THE MANOR = Safe and secure and just off the strip - the owner doesnt live on site so you are left to do your own thing. Rooms for 2 with kitchens, safes and no probs with overnight guests. ROYAL OAK = Excuse the pictures ! We mistimed the owner so couldnt get in the rooms, but please rest assured they are great !
