We were invited back to Alabama’s today after a previous visit didn’t quite go to plan. We had a booth reserved for us as we had our young baby with us and we were looked after superbly by Gill and her team. I cannot praise them highly enough for not only looking after us, but also for the quality of the food and drinks on offer. I had the Eggs and Avocado on Rye and my wife had the Crab Cakes. Wow!! It was presented beautifully and tasted utterly amazing! We were finished in no time and hungry for more. For dessert I ordered the French Toast with Berries and Cream and my wife had Banoffee Pancakes. Again we were amazed at the presentation, quality and size of the portions. The taste was unreal and we were both really gutted that we couldn’t finish them as we were so full. We will absolutely be back again and I’m already looking forward to it. Credit to Gill and the team as today more than made up for our previous visit and we will be back regularly from now on.

We have been here a few times and the food and service is excellent, staff are lovely and the whole environment is upbeat and friendly, the food is cooked in front of you and is fresh and we didn’t wait long the service is very good we will definitely be back when we are next in Manchester 😊

We hadn't got much time and were disappointed to be told there were no tables available . After explaining there was a bus to catch and we'd been turned away from another breakfast place the lady said she could place us at the bar. The bar was fine! Our service was very quick knowing our time was limited. The food was fab. Thank you so much for accommodating us. A lovely birthday treat.

We didn't book and were told it would be 15 minutes for a table. It was sooo worth the wait! Beautiful, super tasty pancakes fresh from the griddle and attentive service. Next time I'm in Manchester I'll be back 👍

This place was amazing, I'm writing this as me and my girlfriend wait for this place to open for our final visit. The French toast, pancakes and waffles are the best we've ever had. Also the Wes Anderson theme throughout the venue and friendly staff make this a need to see gem of Manchester.

The Banoffee pancakes were devine! They definitely took me back to America!

It was just a welcoming, refreshing environment. The staff were very kind and friendly, I especially loved the 60’s background music!!

Will definitely be returning when we are back in Manchester.

Best food I’ve eaten in a loooooong time. I would highly recommend this place.

My friend and I came here for brunch this morning and are so pleased to have found this place. The food was fantastic and the drinks so yummy! The staff were really lovely and eager to help if they could. We will definitely be back.

I have been on a 3 week long business trip in Europe and was craving American breakfast. So I was in Manchester for the weekend and was looking for breakfast restaurants on yelp and came across this restaurant. I decided to try it and see if they were as American as advertised. Well once I walked in I was greeted by a really friendly staff and saw the kitchen, there it was American pancakes, bacon and waffles! This restaurant serves American breakfast with a bit of a modern twist.



I ordered the traditional eggs Benedict and it was amazing! So I decided to go back again today and got the traditional breakfast which had 2 eggs, bacon, sausage patty, Country potatoes and toast. Again the breakfast was spot on!!!



I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent!!

Great food - amazing bacon! It could be better if there was more space but the servers do really well to make everyone feel at home despite it being a little too close to others at times. Will definitely be returning!

Found this place via Tripadvisor when I searched for ‘good breakfast’ . It didn’t disappoint, really busy on a Sunday morning, full when we arrived and said it would be around 30 mins for a table, she took our number and called just over 30 mins later. The food was gorgeous, between us we had the buttermilk pancakes and bacon, veggie stack and avocado on rye. Each dish looked amazing and tasted fab. It doesn’t look anything from the outside but give it a go, you won’t be disappointed

Fantastic little place, Took my daughter for her Birthday and she loved it, Pancakes to die for. Food fantastic and staff were lovely.

Excellent customer service and best breakfast in town whatever you order it’s spot on. Shakes are a pass out! Love them!

Always in search of a good Eggs Benedict- and I found it.

Having googled Egg's Benedict from my hotel room Alabama' was just around the corner, and the website suggested it was what i was looking for.

On arrival Alabama's was buzzing with people enjoying Sunday brunch.

When asking for a table for 1, I was told it would be a 45 min wait to my disappointment as i was starving. But my disappointment was soon alleviated when asked "unless you want to site at the bar". This is the best seat in the house especially if your're dining alone, as its siting at the open kitchen where

I looked on with amazement as the chefs prepared the stacked american pancakes, and what was to be the tasty eggs benedict.

Lovely smiley staff who look like they enjoy working there while making sure you're well looked after. Looking forward to my next trip to Manchester.

Absolutely stunned by the amazingness that is Alabama’s. I’ve been before and loved it and the second time was no different. The standout elements for me (besides the food) are the world-class staff and the chefs! Watching them work in the open-plan kitchen is a total pleasure, and every member of staff is friendly and helpful, and they’ll do anything to get you what you need. It’s very rare you get service like that so take along decent tip money! We had a ton of food and enjoyed it all - I had a sausage and egg muffin, and some french toast with berries. Also on our table.. avocado on toast with poached eggs and a side of bacon, the crab cakes and the poached eggs with ham hock and hollandaise. Coffee top notch! This place sorted us out after a long night at Warehouse Project!

Me and my wife went for breakfast, I recommend reserving a table before hand as even early in the morning the wait was 30 minutes. I had the big steak breakfast and honestly a tad dissapointed...the steak itself was nice but the remainder of the plate was a let down with homefries and it over all just didnt live up to the reputation of Alabamas. The sweet stack though.... OMG these were to die for and considering it was half the price of the Big Steak breakfast was definitely worth the money and tasted great. The service is quick for some food but the steaks are an additional 30 minute wait....Overall if you go get the sweet stack, the egg dishes also looked nice and avoid the filter coffee...would we go back again...maybe

Me and my other half visited my hometown after 4yrs (I know!) and we found this by chance the day we were leaving. By golly I'm glad we did. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak but I kinda wish I ordered the stack of pancakes.



I'm ordering both next time, sod it!
