Went for dinner with my boyfriend and loved the evening! Food menu is quite reduced but the food is very nice. The cocktails are outstanding and the service very helpful. It is a bit expensive but it is worth the quality. Definitely coming back.

We had the most magical fun here. From the delicious food (the sushi was on point) with the live music and then dancing - so much FUN! The atmosphere was lively and happy and Thomas was the most amazing host that truly made our experience like no other!

We booked a table for a Thursday night the door staff were great. They took us straight to our table where we ordered lots of big cocktails on the menu.

The waitress was friendly and polite and we got our drinks very quick would definitely recommend this place for a few cocktails or a big party we will definitely be coming back :)

Such an perfect place for an impromptu night of fun or for hosting a VIP event or just hanging out with friends. The staff are so amazing. Never had a bad cocktail there. They are so good at suggesting something after you tell them what you like. The ambiance is lovely. Even the bathrooms are beautiful 🌴 always recommend anyone coming to London to stop in.

I love Mahiki in Mayfair. Mahiki is an amazing club for delicious cocktails and great night outs with your friends. The staff is very friendly and nice. You always get a table and they also offer a damn good service. I enjoy Mahiki times when I am over in London. It will always stay my favourite club and I can just recommend you for going to this club soon.

Arriving at the ropes we were greeted with big smiles. The hosts walked us to our table and recommended some excellent cocktails. Music was on point, beautiful crowd, and the atmosphere was epic! Most importantly, the staff were so incredibly accommodating and hospitable. Such a great venue! Thank you Mahiki team. Looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing ! Great club in central London ! Loved it and actually much more convenient than Shoreditch clubs and actually very tidy and not harassed by random people in the place as you usually get in other places. So really enjoyed my time there ! Thanks for the dancers when they brought the bottle of vodka. A must go place for an out out night :)

We had the Beach House, which was good fun with the karaoke and nice to have our own space. The Jet Ski simulator was broken, however, and we were not informed of this beforehand. There were some issues over what could and what couldn't be counted towards the minimum spend - my boyfriend had bought 2 bottles of Moet at the bar that were taken to the Beach House for my arrival and they almost wouldn't let us count the £350. Most of my guests wanted to order the fun individual tiki cocktails but we could only order large sharing cocktails from £600 upwards - which were full of juice and not much alcohol. We would have ordered more drinks if the waiter was around more but we didn't see him much throughout the night.

The main issue we had was actually with the toilets. At one point both the women's toilets were closed and there was nowhere for women to go! There were extremely long queues for the toilets for the rest of the night once the downstairs ladies room re-opened and there were even fights breaking out in the toilet queue as a result.

The Beach House is a great idea but needs to be more accessible for groups that want to split the bill rather than one person having to pay on their card.

Having been to Mahiki several times before, and receiving good service. I was taken aback, when myself and husband visited last Monday for a quick nightcap. Having arrived at about 22:30, we stood behind 4 other people waiting to enter. Once at the front of the queue, we were confronted by an extremely rude blonde member of staff. Who informed us they're full!!! I found this a little strange being that it was Monday and not late, but also, when we left the queue, the couple behind us had no issues entering. (She didn't ask if they'd booked) nor did she ask the group in front of us.

I fully understand if a club is full, however, staff working in a customer based role, really should have far more manners. And be more consistent...

Thankfully Mr Fogs door staff were far more pleasant.

We had a table reserved after a great wednesday night for Friday night. We were delayed and after calling in to check if it would be ok.. they said it's fine and we can move to the guest list if I spoke to someone at the door. And at the door this blond lady was rude and didn't want to let us in despite the fact that we had a reservation and we were willing to pay for the entry. It's was appalling and was more of a power trip.

User

Terrible club, will not go there ever again. Rude staff, including the manager. Too dark to see the menus in the first level eating area and in the lower level club (drinks menu). Cocktails were weak and insipid, too much ice, little flavour. I have visited many clubs in London, and this is the worst, and so far only one I would not visit again.

User

Staff were rude to us from the beginning. Reluctant and dismissive bar staff, then ignored by lady in the cloak room, full cocktails were taken from our table by staff clearing, on more than one occasion! There with a private party and we were moved from table to table. Over all I had a terrible time, wont be returning and would not recommend.

User

Really good venue but got robbed when the bill came. I had to call the manager and she strangely cancelled £290.00 that still I don't know where the hell are from. We been charged for the entrance 15£ while we had booked a table. So, in what kind of place you get charged the entrance plus the table? It makes no sense at all. We will never go back as the person who booked the table got really different information at phone and not valid when we went there. Another thing! A blond girl working there asked me to hand her my debit card then I gave it to her, after she came back and asked for another card with the same name otherwise I was not allowed to get in even though I was on the list. Then I gave her my other card... luckily I have 2 accounts and one credit card but who the hell she thought am I? Bill gates? Then they opened a tab with my cards hahahaha even though someone else booked the table hahahahahaha they're ridiculous. But still I'm asking myself where that money came from when the manger cancelled 290£ so it was an horrible experience for me and everyone else. They deserve to close down as I don't think I'm the idiot that good almost fooled. There is even more stuff to include but that's fine. Anyway we have to admit that the venue was good of course without the management and the staff despite an Italian guy who served us really well.

It's been over 2 months when we went to Mahiki - I've been there many times before, but this is the first time where we got completely fleeced with the bill and rest assured I will not be returning.

We were newlywed and the door staff had promised us some extras on entry. We did not want to pay the entrance fee, so instead discussed it with the friends and family (7 of us) that were present and got a table instead.

We ordered 1 sharing cocktail and 1 bottle of vodka - but to our surprise, were given an additional sharing cocktail (we of course thanked the staff for this lovely surprise and the staff shared this cocktail as well!).

However, we were in for a nasty shock. We waited over half an hour for the bill to arrive and when it did, there was an additional £1,000 added to our bill and entry costs for 8 people (mind you - there were 7 of us!).

When we questioned this bill - we were met with incredible hostility and agression by (if I recall correctly) a lady called Sarah. And it became clear that she had no inclination to have a civilised conversation and sort out this mishap on the night. They refused to give back the credit card on tab unless we paid the full amount - so begrudgingly we had to pay to leave.

The next day we explained the situation via email and finally got a response. A man called Ian called and apologised and said he would sort this situation out and provide us with a refund - he said he was the GM and of course I believed him.

This was weeks ago and even though I sent many follow up texts and emails and called Ian's number numerous times - he never called back and never resolved the issue.

It's absolutely disgusting - and daylight robbery for such a huge amount to basically be extortioned by what I thought was a reputable club.

Suffice to say that I will not be recommending this venue to anyone and spreading the word as much as possible.

I have been several times to this bar/club, always got a table and bottle service. Never had any problems previously. I went on the 27/12/16 and had a range of problems from change of price of the booth, getting drinks thrown at us by other girls in the bar at our table. The girls were asked to leave but I'm not sure what types of people they are letting in considering there table prices are pretty expensive. Our hostess was nice but this night out was a disaster.

User

I have been here a few times and always had a great night but on Friday we had the worst experience. The host on the door called Lilly was extremely rude and unprofessional and quite honestly just on a power trip. Told we needed to purchase a table witch we were more than willing to do. Then to be left waiting whilst we watched the host go and talk about us to another staff member, laugh, and then inform us there were no tables left after being made to wait for 10 minutes.

Mahiki really needs a new host.

User

I been here quite few times , loved the venue especially when you want to enjoy real tiki drinks it’s a good place but last time it was horrible experience. Rude staff including manager . Not friendly/ UNEDUCATED / doesn’t feel welcomed at all . Rubbish never going back again not even for a drinks, let alone club. I THINK 1 star is a lot for customers services given that day to us .

User

Expensive cover charge (starting at 10pm) to be met with rude staff who were hostile from the start. We've been before and had lovely nights but last night was a completely different vibe. We had cards taken away for large amounts of time then were met with rude, dismissive comments when asking for them back. Our coats were moved and again we were treated rudely when asking where they'd been put. Disappointed as it could be such a great venue, in need of staff training!
