Handmade Burger Co Wembley

Wonderful! Having had bad luck at our hotel (was only doing Sunday roast- no good for two veggies!) my sister and I came across this place near by. The veggie burger and chips we had was DELICIOUS and the staff were fantastic.

I initially thought about doubling up. Glad I didn't. Just what a burger joint should be

We had been to see Dancing on Ice..went shopping..needed to eat..we were very very impressed by the service ..staff were lovely..food is 1st rate..going back in a few weeks ��

My husband and l ate last evening. It wasn’t too busy which was nice. The music they had on was really quite loud, when sat down to eat. Although we really enjoyed our burgers and chips.

Considering it was a match day be very busy we only waited 20 minutes for a table of 7. We were updated regularly by the manager on our wait time.



Food was really nice and the kids meals are amazing value at £3.95 for a burger and chips an ice cream and a refillable drink.



Loved my dirty burger and have to recommend the sweet potato fries.

Awesome food really well prepared with a surprisingly diverse and fun menu for a speciality burger restaurant.

Great quality ingredients well worth the 20 minute wait on average for an order.

I go here regularly with different friends and I have to say the service is brilliant, all the staff are super friendly and polite and really make you feel welcome! Specially the manager Paul and one of the waitresses called Eni, really lovely people that keep me going back!



Deffo try the milkshakes!

Ate here earlier before Ed Sheeran concert and I cannot recommend highly enough. I am a coeliac and was thrilled to be given an extensive menu to choose from. The bread roll for my burger was individually wrapped and labelled gluten free and was delicious! Staff despite being busy, were friendly, welcoming and smiley. Look forward to visiting again. Thank you.

Went early to the football stopped here for food and certainly wasn’t disappointed. Will definitely return.

Drinks are a bit on the expensive side, even for London.

Me and my friend had the best meal last night, we ordered two vegan burgers and were over the moon you could make our milk shakes vegan! But we where a bit sad that the milkshakes came with single use plastic straw. I would recommend your food to any one but it would be awesome if you could invest in some paper or re-useable straws or have a no straw policy.

We were advised in advance that they were a chef down, thus food would be 40-ish minutes. It was worth the wait. A top notch mediterranean lamb burger. Excellent rosemary dusted chips. Propef chips. The chocolate milk shake was pretty good too.

There were a couple of hiccups: the teen waiter brought us the wrong bill. We nearly ended up with an unexpected discount. Also, what happened to my mango dip? It should have accompanied the haloumi. Never saw it. No biggie. I'll create a fuss next time.

Definitely going back, with aspirations set to high, even if my expectations are lower.

I haven't been here for over a year and it was go to the till order yourself service. The service then was brilliant. We went back on a Saturday afternoon to find it is now order from table service but this was awfully slow. Our server seemed to be looking after half of the restaurant so was too busy. It started off us waiting 15mins to be seated. The drinks came at the same time as the food, not sure why it takes over 30mins to make drinks. This restaurant has gone downhill and reading the other reviews some serious improvements need to be made. The food however was almost perfect just a little cold. Shame the table service didn't match the kitchen quality.

The only reason I’ve given this places 2 stars is the quality of food. However the service was SHOCKING. We came here at half 8 on a Saturday night and was clearly one of the last (even though it’s meant to be open till later) and we got the worst service because of it. Walked in and was ignored by three members off staff due to them comforting the crying teenage member of staff working. I then ordered a double dirty cheese burger with no lettuce. When it came I had a singleburgwr no cheese and with lettuce, my boyfriends came 2 mins late so he gave us extra fries, which was lovely! But we didn’t care that our food came 2 mins apart, we would have rather our food came as ordered. It took us (as-well as 2 other tables) at least 20 mins to get staffs attention due to them all having dinner together polishing cutlery on the back table hidden from all customers where we where ignored multiple times! First time eating here and safe to say I will never return again regardless off the fact the food was yummy! Rather go McDonald’s, staff actually give a shit

The food.. Best food I've had in a long time.. The service is just appalling. It is truly disgusting having to wait 45 minutes for a milkshake. The place was empty. We had to remind them 3 times about this 1 simple strawberry milkshake, and by the time it came we were nearly finished our meal. Our side of chicken bites was suppose to come with bbq sauce, and it didnt. And when we asked for it, the waitress added it onto our bill!! Our waitress also kept disappearing.. We had to keep asking other employees for the bill.. Hats off to the chefs, putting up with this useless team of people.

Had heard good things about this restaurant and decided to give it a go. Planned to go ahead of the Steps concert. Didn’t think about the football match earlier, but it meant that we joined the queue to get in.

Decided to split our efforts, one waited in the queue while I did a little bit of shopping.

I was told the wait time was only 15 mins and I returned to a table and menus.

Ordered the BBQ Beef Burger.

The chips were good, hot and crispy.

It was a good size burger, but somehow disappointing. Things sliding out, it wasn’t hot, but it was warm. My sister’s standard burger wasn’t hot.

We both agreed that we wouldn’t go back.

Not sure even poor can be a standard !!! Queued for half an hour to et a table and then once in waited over an hour to still not receive the food we order total of 2 hours was hand and left not eaten and hungry!! A shambles I would review your management and the control they have on the running of this restaurant!!! An appalling display! Your in a key area of not only a busy shopping centre but an arena, management should know when shows are on and have a clear contingency plan in place to assist and support the running of this restaurant not only for customers but for the poor team that had to deal with what I can imagine a lot of unhappy people!! We Left extremely hungry and went to a show where we were then left with popcorn as a meal!!!

Awful service at the Wembley branch today. The manager who then decided he wasn't the manager clearly had no training and had no idea of the basics of customer service. I will be writing with a formal complaint. He didn't even bother to apologise when our drinks were 25 mins late and seemed bored to be there. It literally looked like he had just walked off the street to work at the restaurant. The attitude was arrogant and he couldn't care less about his customers. When there was a fire alarm he seemed clueless and did not even inform his customers if what was going on even if this was just the fact we were awaiting further info. The whole rest was waiting for him to do something and he was casually talking to a delivery driver. When I approached him he became aggressive and kept on saying sarcastically, 'thanks for teaching me and yeah yeah yeah ".That's really NOT how you want to run a business!

Asked server about ingredients with a dish we wanted. We ordered on his advise, but dish contained an item we couldn’t have. Food took time to come out, one of our 3 sides not delivered and mayo and ketchup which was promised, never came. Disappointing

Arrived with a food gift card and told use at end by the waitress when handing it upon entering.

When we tried to use it to pay some of the bill the same waitress got a senior member of staff as didn't know what to do. We were then told we don't accept these anymore and haven't for 6 months. We explained that the waitress was handed it and told us that will be able to use it at the end. The waitress then called my partner and myself a liar and that she hadn't seen the card when we entered. Rude and as a manager I would be questioning the staff members integrity.

To be honest the food wasn't amazing and will not be returning!
