Wonderful evening with friends, we loved the space, atmosphere, & most importantly the food was tasty, beautifully prepared & presented! Great work ⭐️

We really like this place. It’s local for us and the food is really consistent. It’s not Le Manoir but it’s not trying to be. The staff are always friendly and you know what you’re going to get. Spot on.

We had an amazing time here not only was the food fantastic but one lady here really stood out, she walked an elderly lady to here car because it became dark out side and went out of her way to make us have a great night. so thank you again solange we will defiantly be returning.

We had a birthday meal today for 12 covers. A mistake was made but the manager and waitress earned this five star review for resolving it and making us leave wanting to return in the future. Hopefully recognition will be passed from Head Office in my requested email as the service was above and beyond any expectation. Thank you

Was taken here for afternoon tea as a surprise birthday treat by my daughter. I was not disappointed. The food was delicious, the staff were very friendly & welcoming, lovely surroundings. My only complaint is about the lady on the table next to us. She was constantly moaning about everything & was unnecessarily rude to the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon tea & will definitely be returning. Thank you xxx

Talk about looks being deceiving. This looks very ordinary from the outside but once inside a completely different story and scenery. Lovely food and great atmosphere but the staff need a special mention as they are really friendly and the service was impeccable. Would definitely recommend and will certainly go again. Great evening!!

Had the most fabulous meal, better than we had expected, service was very good, thanks to all staff especially Miguel, we will be returning�

Had lunch with my wife and son on Monday at BBB food was brilliant very friendly staff good with my son gave him some crayons and he loved it! Will definitely be going again.

Excellent breakfast, great service, lovely garden and would highly recommend

Amazing place. Such wonderful staff and incredible food. Kids adored it. Although no kids breakfast. Not an issue. Such a lovely time. We ate there four times during our stay. Would recommend X

Great meal - but a very small vegan selection with one of the two starters not being available. Good value. Fab ambience. Smallish portion sizes - so would suggest ordering side dishes too.

Afternoon Tea was lovely especially the scones. Staff lovely and friendly including our waitress. It is a shame though that we had to ask for the choice in tea when asked what we would like and ask for cutlery to serve jam and cream. I would attend here again as would love to see if improved but the plus side everyone's food served around us looked and smelled amazing.

Was excited to have Steak Tartare after so long and it was fabulous! Alas the escargot were swimming in salt (which the manager kindly removed from my bill). The marmalade creme brulee sounded great but was split and runny with huge chunks of citrus peel. A very disappointing meal only saved by the steak tartare and the server.

Had a nice meal with friends on Monday evening, 4 of us in total, and true to form we added a gratuity to the final bill, not noticing that a 12.5% service charge had already been added. When I telephoned the following day to ask why a service charge had been added to a cover of 4, it was explained that a “discretionary service charge” is automatically added to covers of 6 and more, and the fact that 2 of us had something at the bar, whilst waiting for our friends to arrive, which was then added to the 4 that sat down for the meal, making it a cover of 6. My next question was why it wasn’t pointed out that a service charge was already added, when I offered to add a gratuity, and to this there was no answer.... Check your bills people ��� A pleasant evening out with friends turned into a bitter taste in our mouths when we realised what happened, and might be happening with many unsuspecting clients of BB Beaconsfield.

Food was average. Not great. Been many times before and it does seem to be hit or miss. Staff however are always attentive and welcoming.

What a disappointing meal we had on our anniversary. My husband sent back his crab starter as it was horrible and tasted off. I sent back the fish special main course as the fish wasn't cooked enough, out of 4 mussels on the plate 2 were closed shut. They brought me another meal which still wasn't great and I ate alone as my husband had finished his. The bar staff, manager and waiter were lovely and apologetic but the chef needs to go back to school. Lots was deducted from our bill which was goid but I'd rather if had a great experience. Desert was lovely

Visited Brasserie Blanc today with my husband. We chose this restaurant as we had been brought an afternoon tea experience from friends. On arrival we were told the afternoon tea would be brought out at 2pm and a drink was offered. Other than one waitress once asking if we wanted a drink, this was the only hospitality offered during our time in the restaurant. We had no idea what type of food was in the afternoon tea, mustard played a big part! We hate mustard! We asked for another plate but that never came( I took one from another table in the end ) no water was offered though other tables had jugs of water and waiters/waitresses were frequently attending to them. We felt we were given the food & just left. No one cleared our table at any point. The lady who seated us was mainly interested in obtaining my details than anything else. The whole experience left us feeling we were pushed in the corner because we had a voucher/experience and were not a paying customer on the day. NOT a nice feeling. Having had numerous afternoon teas this one is by far the poorest. Not one we would recommend. For what was given to us as a lovely gesture it has ended up leaving us feeling very disappointed.

Poor vegan options having rung twice and was assured they had chefs and fresh food that could accomdate. The only two vegan options were pumpkin ravioli (which I’m allergic to) and mushroom risotto - despite being told ‘we have a kitchen full of fresh food and chefs that can create something’. Having arrived on Christmas Eve with my family I was given two options, when saying I’m allergic to pumpkin I was told ‘oh well you can have the risotto’ safe to say we will not be returning and the service was poor. Having to go to the bar to pay as we were sat with th bill for so long. Very disappointing as we used to be regulars. Poor service and very un accommodating.
