Would like somebody with an interest/knowledge of Caravaning, Motorhomes, Camping or van conversions,

Went and saw George at NEC last year (2017). He talked us through all our options and helped us with what was ideal for our needs.

We were kept up-to-date on the progress of our purchase right up to our collection date where we spent about 2 hours being shown how to erect and pack away our new Camp-Let which was very useful.

Excellent service by all concerned. Would recommend Camperlands to anyone who is just starting out or seasoned campers looking to upgrade

We ordered the wrong bike rack for our motorhome, they ordered the correct one and we were able to change it. Staff were more than helpful both on the phone and in the store, especially in letting us know when the replacement had arrived.

Staff at Camperlands are so helpful. The young guy today went to great lengths to explain how to erect our blowup awning correctly, even though he did split his sides laughing at how we've been doing it � will deffo be back to purchase alternative awning if not happy next trip out. Thanks a lot.

Showroom wasn't as big as I thought it was going to be but well stocked and plenty of displays out but reason for the review is to praise the very helpful staff. Andy demonstrated the camper-let for us and answered our questions and I had an enquiry which needed a more detailed answer - I left my phone number and George rang me back a couple of times with answers to my enquiries. Excellent customer service - thanks guys.

Popped in today having lost a rubber fitting from the foot of one of my recliners The member of staff I spoke to found me a second hand one that does the job perfectly. Thank you for great service as always

Popped in for a bullnose gas regulator this morning. Wanted one with a handwheel to make connecting up a bit easier. Very helpful staff found one on the shelf for me. Excellent price - as cheap as ones on the Internet and on the doorstep. Bit of a hidden gem this place.

Needed some repairs to my tent poles for our annual camping trip and headed to Camperlands. Was served by Nick. He was exceptionally helpful, friendly and polite. He knew exactly what I needed and repaired the poles in no time. Very knowledgeable staff and great service. He even gave me some advice on good campsites! He is an absolute gem. Will definitely be back. Thanks.

Needed a few parts for my fiamma wind out awning and purchased them from other dealers and the parts were always incorrect.sticker on unit showed F50 but Dan @ Camperlands was the only person who Said your unit is not a F50 but a F55 after asking for all dimensions so I ordered all the parts and were delivered in 48hrs and all correct.

Well done Dan and serviced received was 100% and I will be using again in the future and I suggest you use this company for Fiamma parts as the seem to know what they are talking

about.

Last week got used trailer tent from camperland Manchester. With one year warranty full service on unit looks like new

After sales is one of the best I have seen for a while. The team is ace. On picking up unit is was taken into there back showroom to have a full demo on my unit before hooking up and towing it home. And if something is not wrong or missing there go into the shop and get the part or product and put it on before you leave.

In June 2018 with my wife and 4 year old.

New too trailer tents so not what to do.

We were pod camping in the Manchester area on a campsite and loved it. Years ago the wife and I . Had used motor home and caravaning and loved both. Last year we went tent camping. Did not like it.

So on the same campsite tenting.

We sore a trailer tent and loved it

It had kitchen sink , gas cooker two rings

Grill and microwave, four 240v plugs and three 12v plugs,Tv, heater ,shower/toilet.

17feet long

13 feet wide on site

7 feet long

4 feet wide on the road.

So said to my wife that's look in to trailer tents. Never looked back we love it.

So back to camperland Manchester.

Went to the showroom. A team member came over to me and said how can I help you. We went we are new to this.

The team member went out of his way show all products , new and used. After the sale we felt that we had go the trailer tent for us and very happy. We think camperland Manchester is the best place for all trailer tents used and new.

Just picked up our trailer tent from here. Fantastic service, both when choosing and collecting. Over 2 hours spent explaining it to us, and lots of useful tips too (thanks Ryan).

I cannot rate this company high enough! Nothing is too much trouble. They are always available either by email or phone with answers to any queries you may have. Bought my second trailer tent from them in July and, as we live in the north of Scotland, made sure we had it at the end of our holiday, with only 3 days notice!. The service is speedy and second to none and the staff are soooo friendly, a rarity nowadays. I tell everyone about Camperlands!

Great company to deal with both friendly & helpful, on my first trip with my kampa awning we noticed a slight problem with the stop on one of the zips, when we got home I called them to explain the fault I was asked to bring it in for them to look at it & leave it with them, the following day they called me & said they had spoke with Kampa and it was being exchanged & could I call in to collect it. That's what I call service.

Fantastic service today, thanks Mark for advising me with my Camplet today, made so much difference lifting without the bed slats when we got back. Have got it all packed ready for our next holiday, couldn't have had a better customer service. Thank you

George was exceptionally helpful and can't thanks him enough for all of his help. Have never used them before but will definitely be back, very highly recommended! 😊

Brilliant place, guys were really helpful!! Spent a gud few hours with us to come which trailer was the best, kids loved playing in them, made us very welcome Can't wait to pick our trailer up in couple ov weeks �

15 days into my trip I needed a new (better) water tank bulkhead connector as my old one was restricting water flow and leaked. Tried 3 different shops in Wales and couldn't find anything suitable. But the guys at Camperlands helped me solve the problem after understanding what I needed.

Ordered a bike rail - no fittings provided! Contacted the seller through Paypal (in hind sight perhaps I shouldn't have - but hey ho it got a response) and he initiated a claim!



The rail was fine I just needed the nuts and bolts to fix the damn thing to the bike carrier. The owner "threw all the toys out of his pram" refused and let Paypal sort it out. Paypal found the claim in my favour - but I don't want a refund - I just want the fixings to use the product.



Needless to say - I'm not impressed with Camperlands (and especially the childish attitude of Daniel) and won't be using them again. Because of my experience and the after sales customer service I got (not to mention the tone of the emails I received) I cannot recommend Camperlands either.



It's a shame, but hey ho.

Must unhelpful assistance I have ever come across in this shop. Asked about fixing for a problem, even showed a photo of the issue and he looked blankly at me and told me he didn't have any. I went round the shop myself and found 4 different products. Same assistant was on the till when came to pay and had to tell him we wanted to pay despite 4 people standing there, dreadful service.

I would give minus if possible... just bought a refill 13kg bottle of flo gas and asked why there new bottles are £46 when the BP garage round the corner it is only £41 and also they advertise online a refill at £23 but when you get the refill its actually £26.50 the guy behind the counter was very impolite almost rude in is indignation about me querying their price. I will use the BP garage on Longley Lane from now on for my gas at least they are civil to their customers!!!
