We came out to celebrate a 40th birthday on Saturday 14 November. I dropped in a cake and balloon and the table was set up for us when we arrived. Saturdays were naturally busy but the service we had was fantastic. I have seen other reviews that were not so glowing so wanted to say we had a fantastic time. The pizza's were lovely - especially the duck and hoisin pizza and the pulled pork pizza. There were 4 kids in our party and the kids menu was great. The team were very accommodating with little changes we asked for regarding food. We will most definitely be calling there again

Visiting the area and have had 2 fantastic meals. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Meals were tasty as well as a gluten free option for my friend. Have recommended you already to others coming to visit the area very soon.

I have used the Eagle’s Corner now since May 2016 both socially and for business meetings and entertainment. The location is fantastic. The quality of service is superb. A fantastic staff team that are efficient, friendly, kind, polite and totally professional. Keep up the good work, and the reward is loyal customers who keep coming back! Certainly a growing business in Arnold Town Centre that is welcome and needed.

This is probably fast becoming the best pub in Arnold. Recently refurbished and under new management. A very friendly atmosphere. Delicious Pizzas and very tasty beers and lagers. Friday night is Karaoke night and every week it is Buzzing. Sunday night gives you a Music Quiz and Sticky 13's. Great Musicians c by Ken Bradshaw Entertainments. With an interactive DJ & Magician. If you're looking for a great night out, then Eagles Corner is the place to be.

Last night we celebrated an 18th, a quiet affair but was to catch up with family who weren't local. What can I say we had a lovely evening but I also have got to praise the staff. The hospitality of the staff and food served was outstanding. A BIG THANKYOU we had a lovely evening us locals will see you again shortly x x x x

The food is excellently cooked, presented and the staff very obliging.

I joined a table of karaoke singers before the karaoke started and one of the girls very kindly relieved me of 2 of my pancakes & some icecream.

Thank Yu to Management, staff and patrons that made my short stay most satisfying after a heavy days shopping in fabulous Arnold.

Been in here several times .Always a warm welcome.not eaten here yet but the food does look good.!Very accommodating during England matches.cant fault it.

Lovely staff. My five year old daughter had the butter pancakes with strawberries and cream. Very generous portion. My daughter fully enjoyed them and wouldn’t share with the the very kind gentleman that made them haha 🤗

Ate here today and even though it was very busy with only one person on the bar and another cooking the pizzas I couldn't complain about the service. Both staff members we interacted with were very polite and helpful even though they were clearly rushed off their feet! I had half pizza half salad and it was beautiful! Will definitely be going again!

Visited the venue tonight with friends... Must say you have done well with the decor ... Well done ... Firstly my pizza and my sons were delivered a good ten minutes before our friends on the same table , despite us ordering last... The pizzas were tasty but it was a shame to not have been given cutlery and having to go and ask for it ourselves... Or sides were also not served at the same time as our pizza but brought out when we had almost done. Also felt very bad eating or food due to not wanting it to get cold despite our friends waiting for theirs, which appeared uncooked when it finally arrived. The venue was not busy and I would have preferred to have waited longer so that we could all dine together. Although staff were attentive to begin with more attention schools have been given to the finer details timing, cutlery etc.. This has the potential to be a great place but sadly our experience shows there is room for improvement. A shame given what was a special occasion.

Visited this evening with high hopes, ordered our food, 5 of us in our party. Barmaid had obviously been on some customer service training and did well at repeating back to what we had ordered etc. Was told there was a back log and would be a 15/20 min wait, fair enough. 40mins later two of our party received their food, at this point we had no cutlery on the table until one of us asked for some, 10mins later the rest of the food turned up, along with the first two's side order. My flat bread was doughy underneath and only just cooked. I paid £2.95 for a side of spicy potato wedge and I got a small tub with roughly 8 wedges in which were barely cooked and overpowered by spice, only on the top few mind. This place has got the potential to be a good place but needs improvement. Lovely refurb to the place but food leads a lot to be desired.

This is the last time I'll be giving this place a chance. Each time items are missing from the meal, you mention it, they just say 'sorry about that' and walk off. This time, they didn't bother to mention the fact that it's 2 for 1 on pizzas on a Monday, so we shared one so save costs (still spent almost £18 for 2 kids and an adult to eat) and then saw the sign. Asked about it, the response was the usual 'sorry about that' and walking off. No offer to even box up a second one for us or halve he cost of the single pizza, despite my obvious annoyance. One thing they excel at is terrible customer service. Never again!

Shocking customer service we didn't stay, it was a Saturday so we went in the afternoon for the 241 cocktail offer, one member of staff says we can do 241 cocktails if its not too busy and if we've got time to do them which we have at the mo but we can't do this one or this one so we set to choosing then when told another member of staff what we would like we just got, can't do them we haven't got any ice...we decided to go elsewhere even though we wasn't bothered about ice, didn't feel like wanted to spend our money there with their attitude, don't think we will bother going again as this is not the first time we've had bad service
